I am waiting for a refund for the Disney on ice that didnt go ahead due to Covid I purchased 4 tickets and have emailed and called to get a refund still no one has contacted me.

I brought 2 a f l tickets and I was unable to go to the game I tried to get a refund seeing I paid a fee for cancellation but it wouldn't accept my request for the two a.f l tickets to be refunded
